 I'm Miranda Montgomery, the owner of Broken Giraffe Function and Fitness. I offer personal training services and  small group classes for women.  I specialize in low back pain and pelvic floor dysfunction-safe programs, as well as special populations such as pregnant and post-natal clients and Older Adults. 

Are you currently seeing a health professional, such as a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Osteopath for your pain or injury?

 I design exercise programs to support the other therapies you may be undergoing. Rest assured that I will communicate with your healthcare practitioners so we can eliminate confusion and contradiction between practitioners, as well as minimize the risk of re-injury. Based on the diagnosis and practitioner’s guidance, I develop an exercise program that is manageable and enjoyable for you.
