My Classes

I conduct low-impact, small group class that focuses on strengthening your back, glutes, core, and pelvic floor. It is designed to increase body awareness, improve mobility and function, and reduce stress. All exercises will be done in bare feet!

Sessions will be held on-site at the Broken Giraffe Function and Fitness green space in Lincoln. In case of inclement weather, classes will be credited or re-scheduled. Class is one-hour in length.
